Details of Red Zone, Orange Zone and Green Zone in our
Country
As the second phase of lock down in India
nears an end, the central government has issued a list of red green and orange
zones district. Twice the red zones mean they are corona virus hotspots where
the maximum number of cases are being reported. Orange zones means that
comparatively there are a smaller number of corona virus infection cases and
green zone means no cases of corona virus infection. In these areas’ cases have
been reported in more than 28 days.
According to the list there are 130 such red
zones in India where more stringent restrictions will be enforced. Even post
method 280 districts are in orange zones and 319 districts are in green zones. Now
it is particularly good news for us that green zones are more than the red
zones but we have to ensure that orange zones turn into green ones and not the
other way round. There will be partial easing in the orange zones and liberal
easing in green zones.
PHASE 1
Full List of Districts In Red Zones Across Country
All metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai,
Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Ahmedabad are into the no
activity zone even after the lockdown ends on May 3rd. Maharashtra
have the maximum number of red zones at 19 and 14 respectively they are
followed by Tamil Nadu which has 12 coronavirus hotspot zones that is the red
zones and all of Delhi's 11 districts have also been marked as no activity
zones. Most northeastern states have made it to the green zone completely.
PHASE 2
Now let me start with the entire list
I will read out the red zones in badly hit states however you can check the
entire list of district wise the entire list of district wise categorization
into orange zone and green zones as well but today in this video I am only
going to list out the red zones in the districts in the states which are most
hit meanwhile.
PHASE 3
The Ministry of Home Affairs has said that new
guidelines to fight Covid 19 will come into effect from 4th of May which shall
give considerable relaxation to many districts details regarding this shall be
communicated. In the days to come Telangana government has already extended the
lockdown till May 7th while the Punjab
government has extended it for two more
weeks beyond May 3rd. Several Chief Minister's who attended a
meeting convened by Prime Minister moody on Monday have sought the extension of
the lockdown as coronavirus cases continue to rise in the country now even
Mumbai, Pune and Delhi are considering to extend the lockdown till mid-May
but what happened after what will happen after method.
PHASE 4
Only the central government will
decide whether the lockdown will be extended or the lockdown will end. Prime
Minister Narendra Modi is expected to convey to the entire nation in his

green zone then there is under Andhra Pradesh has total 13 districts, five are
in red zone, seven are in orange zones and one is in green zone.
PHASE 5
The next on the list is Bihar, it has
total 38 districts out of which five are in red zones, 20 are in orange
zone and 13 are in green zone. Chandigarh is a Union Territory and it is
completely in red zone. In Chhattisgarh there are total 27 district
however only one of them is in red zone which is report one is in orange
zone and 25 of the rest are in green zones. In Delhi the entire 11
districts from Delhi are completely in the red zones which means
that they are containment zones and no activity has been permitted in these
districts.
PHASE 6
The
next state is Gujarat it has total 33 districts out of which nine are
in red zones,19 is in orange zones and five are in green zone. In Jammu and
Kashmir there are total 20 districts out of which four are in red
zones, 12 are in orange zones and four are in green zones. In Jharkhand
there are total 24 districts out of which one is in red zone nine in
orange zones and 14 are in green zones. The next state is Karnataka it
has total 30 districts three are in red zone 13 are orange zones and 14
are in green zone.
PHASE 7
Kerala has 14 districts two are in
red zones, ten are in orange zones and two are in green zones. Next state
is Madhya Pradesh. It has total 52 districts nine are in red zones
19 are in orange zone and 24 are in green zones. Maharashtra remains
the worst-hit state due to coronavirus and the number of cases in Maharashtra
has crossed ten thousand mark. It is the only state in the entire country to
cross ten thousand cases of Corona virus. It has total 36 districts out of
which 14 are in red zones 16 are in orange zone and 6 in green zone. The
next state is Odisha. It has 30 districts in total three are in red
zone, six in orange zone and 21 in green zone. Next state is Punjab.
It has 22 districts three in red zone,15 in orange zone and four
districts in green zone.
PHASE 8
Next state is Rajasthan. It has 33
districts 8 in red zone,19 orange zone and 6 in green zone. Next state
is Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu has the second highest number of red zones
in the entire country after Maharashtra. It has total 37 district and 12 are
in red Zone, 24 in orange zone and only one in green zone. Then Telangana,
it has total 33 districts six are in red zone, 18 in orange zone and
nine in green zone. The next state is with Uttar Pradesh it has total 75
districts biggest state of the country. It has 19 red zones, 36 are in
zones and 20 green zones. Next state is Uttarakhand, it has total 13
districts out of which one is in red zone, two are in orange zone and
then are in green zone.
PHASE 9
Next state is West Bengal. It has total
23 districts out of which ten are in red zone, orange zone are five and
eight are in green zones. The next state is Haryana. It has 22 districts
out of which two are in red zones, eating are in orange zones and two
are in green zones. Jammu Kashmir has four red zones. It includes
